Facilities Maintenance Technician (Maintenance)

As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, service, and troubleshoot the site property and auxiliary systems within our state-of-the-art, food-grade clean facility.

You Will:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on auxiliary equipment such as chillers, compressors, pumps, water towers, air dryers, transformers, etc.
• Participate in maintaining fire systems, facility access systems, and emergency lighting systems (monitoring, inspecting, testing)
• Perform general grounds maintenance
• Assist in installation projects and modifications

You Have:

• Ability to work Monday-Friday day shifts
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; an Associate's degree or technical certifications are preferred
• Working knowledge of auxiliary industrial support equipment (chillers, compressors, water towers, air dryers, pumps, etc.)
• Knowledge of fire systems, facility access systems, and emergency lighting systems (monitoring, inspections, testing)
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, schematics
• PLC programming knowledge is a plus
