Job summary

Union Depot in Houston is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, with an 8-hour shift from Monday through Friday.

This role requires versatility across trades and a focus on safety and reliability to ensure a well-maintained facility for tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine building maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Ability to work across carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as needed.
• Team player with reliability and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks in various trades.
• Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance to facilities and equipment.
• Report safety hazards and coordinate with supervisor as required.

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.8 hr. shiftMonday through Friday.
