Job summary

ABM is seeking a Maintenance Lead in San Francisco to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment as assigned, ensuring contracts and projects are completed cost-effectively and on time.

The role requires coordinating day-to-day activities on various agreements, with a Wednesday-Sunday shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and overtime as needed; pay starts at $28 per hour with DOE.
