Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position reporting to the Facilities Supervisor with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.

• Report to the Facilities Supervisor; maintain facilities according to schedule.

Job description

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician who is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor.8 hr. shiftMonday through Friday.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 hours.
