Job summary

Common Man Roadside is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Hooksett, NH to support our restaurants and stores. The role requires travel between locations in a company vehicle and offers a full-time schedule with weekday and weekend shifts.

Salary ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position focuses on maintaining safety and appearance, with a range of repair tasks and the need to read work orders and provide top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.
• Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read and write repair orders.
• Ability to provide positive customer service experience.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers.
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked.
• Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building.

Responsibilities

• Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task.
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs.
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided).
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached.
• Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture.
• Snow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the properties. This position does require travel between locations in a company vehicle. This is a full time position, weekdays and weekends as required.
