Job summary

Common Man Roadside in Hooksett, NH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our restaurants and general stores. This full-time role requires travel between locations in a company vehicle and performing minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.

You will receive and respond to work orders, assist with snow removal, and help maintain safety and curb appeal across sites.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.
• Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read and write repair orders.
• Ability to provide positive customer service experience.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers.
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner.

Responsibilities

• Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task.
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs.
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided).
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached.
• Snow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways.

Salary Range: $27.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Common Man Roadside is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our restaurants and general stores.

Pay rate: $27-$30/hr, depending on experience.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the properties. This position does require travel between locations in a company vehicle. This is a full time position, weekdays and weekends as required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided)
• Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached
• Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented cultureSnow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways
• Performs other duties as assigned
