Job summary

Common Man Roadside in Manchester, NH is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our South Willow Street location. This full-time management role supports the GM in directing all aspects of daily operations and prioritizes guest experiences.

You will lead hands-on training, develop staff, and manage schedules, safety audits, and inventory while working on the line with the team. Must have 3–5 years of retail management and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe.

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Manchester store on South Willow Street.

Pay rate: $60k annually

The Assistant General Manager will assist the GM in directing all aspects of the store's daily operations. The right candidate will be an outstanding leader, setting the tone for their team by prioritizing guest experiences. Team building is essential in this role- not just through training and development, but also through recognizing hard work and potential of all team members. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

Duties include:

• Directing and overseeing FOH and BOH operations and production

• Ordering and inventory management
• Write schedules according to budget
• Safety and sanitation audits

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
• Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds
