Common Man Roadside is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support multiple NH locations from Hooksett. This full-time role involves traveling between sites in a company vehicle and performing maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

Pay ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, with shifts including weekdays and weekends as required. Ideal candidates have basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and the ability to read repair orders.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.
• Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and provide solutions for tasks.
• Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs.
• Gasoline island repairs (training provided).
• Drive a pickup truck with a trailer.
• Snow removal and walkway maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
