Job summary

Common Man Roadside in Hooksett, NH is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager on Duty to lead the on-site operations at our Welcome Center. This working management role combines hands-on food prep, staff coaching, and daily supervision to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient service.

The ideal candidate will have ServSafe certification, flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to manage cash, safety standards, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain ServSafe certification.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Common Man Roadside is hiring Food & Beverage Managers for our Hooksett Welcome Centers, located on I-93.

Pay rate: $55k annually

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supervision, training, and management within the food service operation. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

Duties include:

• Directing and overseeing the daily operations of our Food & Bev department
• Opening and closing of daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Cash drawer management
• Safety and sanitation
• Employee management including scheduling, training, and development

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
