Job summary

Steven Automotive Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman to keep our dealership properties in top condition. This hands-on role requires someone who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

You will handle general building maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and safety upkeep across multiple dealership locations, working independently and delivering practical, durable solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous handyman work or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement practical solutions.
• Experience with general building repairs and upkeep.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout dealership buildings and facilities.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues and repair as needed.
• Carry out carpentry, drywall, painting, and other finish work.
• Maintain doors, fixtures, and grounds; assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and dependable **Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman** to help maintain, repair, and improve our dealership properties.This is a hands-on position for someone who **knows how to fix things, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and can look at a problem and figure out how to solve it.**## About the RoleThe Facilities Maintenance Technician / Handyman will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and overall condition of our dealership buildings, grounds, and facilities.The ideal candidate has experience with general building maintenance, repairs, landscaping, tools, equipment, and troubleshooting.
