General Floor Industries is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance / Handyman to keep our headquarters and 17 locations safe, functional, and looking their best. The role covers general repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting within limits, and preventive checks.

You will own projects from start to finish, know when to involve licensed contractors, and work with a team while prioritizing safety and quality.

• Troubleshoot basic plumbing and electrical issues within appropriate limits

Salary Range: $57k-62k
The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
