Job summary

Mastria Automotive Group in Raynham, MA is seeking a dependable Handyman / Facilities Maintenance team member to maintain dealership locations and facilities. You will handle a variety of general maintenance and repair projects, using hands-on and resourceful skills.

Qualifications

• Previous handyman, property maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs and routine maintenance
• Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and patching projects
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
• Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinetry, and other facility items
• Assemble and install furniture, equipment, signage, and fixtures
• Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Assist with preventative maintenance throughout our properties
• Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas
• Respond to maintenance needs across dealership locations as assigned

Salary Range: $20.00 To $30.00 Annually

Mastria Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and experienced Handyman / Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain our dealership locations and facilities. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair projects.
