Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for their shift or area.
• Report accidents or incidents to supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical areas as directed.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are stored properly and maintained for resident comfort.
