Work Hours

8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime as needed.

Pay

Starting at $25.00/hour, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Handle basic repairs such as door hardware, lighting, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Assist with landscaping maintenance.
• Verify work performed by subcontractors.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous work experience.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
