Landmark College is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for the second shift, responsible for various maintenance tasks including repairs, renovations, and custodial duties. The role requires mechanical certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to teamwork. Full-time benefits include paid vacation and sick leave. Landmark College hasan immediate second shift opening (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) Sunday - Thursday, Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Duties include building systems’ testing, construction/upgrade/renovation projects, general repairs, some custodial duties, and snow removal. General knowledge of plumbing/electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair, basic carpentry, painting, welding, cutting, and brazing, vehicle and equipment repair, lifting heavy furniture, supplies or equipment.
Mechanical certifications or licenses in plumbing and electrical is highly desirable. Good work history, dependability, and team player. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a home telephone.
Full time, fully benefited, paid vacation and sick leave.
