Aerotek is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for Everett, WA. This contract-to-hire role is onsite and involves traveling between properties to complete apartment turns, repair appliances, and maintain common areas.

The position requires independence, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach. You will handle grounds work, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC tasks, respond to work orders, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Were looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily portfolio in the Everett area. This role is hands‑on and independentlyyoull be traveling between properties, completing apartment turns, handling appliance repairs, and helping keep the community looking its best day to day.

This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in high-quality, detailed work.

What Youll Do

• Complete full apartment turns independently from start to finish
• Diagnose and repair appliances
• Handle daily grounds work, including heavy pressure washing in spring/summer
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (entryways, hallways, etc.)
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders using mobile/electronic systems
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies/inventory
• Perform routine inspections to ensure quality and safety
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours needs

Additional Details

• Must live within ~20 minutes of Everett for on‑call response
• Will transition to a TuesdaySaturday schedule after training
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs and operate basic equipment (scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
