Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Everett, WA to support a multifamily portfolio. This hands-on role covers traveling between properties, completing apartment turns, repairing appliances, and maintaining community spaces.

You’ll work independently, handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC tasks, and respond to work orders via mobile systems. The role is contract to hire and onsite with a Tuesday–Saturday shift after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Ability to complete apartment turns independently.
• Strong appliance repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to perform grounds and outdoor upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Complete full apartment turns independently from start to finish.
• Diagnose and repair appliances.
• Handle daily grounds work, including heavy pressure washing in spring/summer.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (entryways, hallways, etc.).
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond to work orders using mobile/electronic systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies/inventory.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours needs.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily portfolio in the Everett area. This role is hands‑on and independent—you’ll be traveling between properties, completing apartment turns, handling appliance repairs, and helping keep the community looking its best day to day.

This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in high-quality, detailed work.

What You’ll Do

• Complete full apartment turns independently from start to finish
• Diagnose and repair appliances
• Handle daily grounds work, including heavy pressure washing in spring/summer

Additional Details

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
