Aerotek is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for a cutting-edge manufacturing operation in Everett, WA. You will build and assemble electrical and mechanical components, perform wiring and cable assembly, and read technical drawings in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

This contract-to-hire role offers first or second shift options with overtime potential. You’ll operate hand and power tools, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a clean energy manufacturing process at Aerotek’s

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in assembly or related hands-on role.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, or drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness to learn.

looking for a hands-on career opportunity with room to learn and grow? We're hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support a cutting-edge manufacturing operation in Everett. In this role, you'll build and assemble electrical and mechanical components, perform wiring and cable assembly, etc.

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday
• Optional overtime available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $31.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
