Job summary

Nixon Medical is seeking a Utility Mechanic to perform routine facility maintenance and repairs across the plant and offices. Responsibilities include replacing lighting, moving furniture, cleaning and painting, and assisting with minor door or electrical tasks.

The role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, basic math, and organizational skills. A high school diploma or GED is required along with at least one year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance field experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including replacement of burnt bulbs and lighting fixtures.
• Relocate furniture or office equipment as needed.
• Trash removal and grounds cleanup.
• Paint facility walls and assist with door and electrical tasks as required.
• Notify supervisor of repairs or maintenance concerns.
