Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License may be required depending on job duties assigned.
• 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, plumber, HVAC service specialist, painter, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a trade under a licensed business.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and emergencies per plan.
• Inspect buildings for safety and determine repair needs.
• Assist in preparing job estimates and ordering supplies.
• Maintain inventory of A/C filters and maintenance items.
• Enter and document work orders in the maintenance system.
