Freeman Webb is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to keep building systems operating efficiently and tenant spaces safe, functional, and well maintained in a commercial property setting.

You will handle hands‑on repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep while communicating clearly and professionally with tenants in occupied suites. A strong focus on safety, service quality, and reliability is required to excel in this role.

Formación

• Practical knowledge of building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Strong customer service and professional communication in occupied offices.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, organize priorities, work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain occupied tenant spaces with clear, professional communication.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems.
• Coordinate equipment replacements and monitor contracted services.
• Assist with cleaning, grounds upkeep, and general maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all maintenance tasks.
