Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Southern California is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep gym equipment, lighting, and facilities safe and reliable. You will be the backbone of the club, ensuring everything works and members stay happy.

This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on problem solving, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and maintaining maintenance logs. We offer health and vision insurance, a free gym membership, and real opportunities for advancement within our growing network.

Qualifications

• 2 years maintenance experience (preferred)
• 1 year handyman experience (preferred)
• General repair + building maintenance skills
• Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge
• Strong organization and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Walking the facility and identifying repair needs
• Keeping accurate maintenance logs
• Working with the General Manager on repair timelines
• Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager
• Maintaining hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and other equipment
• Ordering parts, tools, and materials
• Performing preventative maintenance on gym equipment and the facility itself
• Completing monthly OSHA safety checks
• Helping members on the floor when needed
