Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operations, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and industrial systems at assigned Carmel properties.

The role involves servicing pumps, valves, electrical and mechanical devices, carpentry, painting, and responding to emergencies. Requires 2+ years in a commercial property setting and a valid driver's license; basic computing skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry or engine repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and electrical/mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Perform carpentry and painting for building finishes when needed.
