Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician sought to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems while inspecting installations for code compliance.

This role supports energy management and follows defined procedures under supervision. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, with the ability to lift heavy loads and follow routines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities
