Facilities Maintenance Technician

Loudoun Water, located in Ashburn, VA, has an immediate opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

The candidate should have experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems through ongoing maintenance and facility repairs. Thorough knowledge of all building systems, with certificates and licenses in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC, is preferred.

Responsibilities include interior and exterior building maintenance, light construction, carpentry, and landscaping. Direct experience in commercial facilities maintenance with trade certificates and/or licenses in any of the referenced trades will be considered. Overtime may be required as needed.
