Vybond Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Franklin, KY to support maintenance operations. You will work from blueprints and instructions to fabricate, repair, and install building components, weld, pour concrete, and move large equipment with precision.

The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and record-keeping while maintaining a clean, orderly work area and assisting other maintenance crews as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must have excellent attendance.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
• Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints, drawings, schedules written and/or verbal instructions.
• Oversee and/or fabricate, repair and install items such as counters, cabinets, walls, doors and fixtures.
• Must be able to weld and pour concrete.
• Install, dismantle and move large equipment with care.
• Maintain restrooms, plumbing, and electrical door operators.
• Oversee and maintain sprinkler and fire pump systems.
