Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient with 110V–480V electrical systems.
• Hands-on welding, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Basic math and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime and operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Construct and repair industrial equipment, work carts, and machinery components.
• Perform metal fabrication tasks including welding, plasma cutting, and grinding.
• Service fluid cooling loops and assist with furnace setups.
• Adjust and repair manufacturing machinery as needed.
• Process work orders and document maintenance activities in logging systems.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
