Job summary

VYBOND SPECIALTY ADHESIVES LLC, based in Franklin, KY, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Tech to support the Maintenance department. Work from blueprints, drawings, schedules written and/or verbal instructions.2. Oversee and/or fabricate, repair and install such items as counters, cabinets, crating boxes, walls pallets, offices building, ramps, locks, desks, chairs, glass, mirrors, roofing, carts, jigs, gates, fences and fixtures.3. Must be able to weld and pour concrete.4. Install, dismantle, reassemble and move large equipment requiring accuracy and care.5. Use a variety of carpentry and mechanical tools and equipment.6. Maintain restroom plumbing and fixtures.7. Repair doors and electrical door operators.8. Oversee and maintain sprinkler fire system.9. Oversee and maintain electrical and motor driven fire pumps.10. Maintain booster foam fire pumps.11. Maintain emergency lights generators.12. Follow all GMP, safety and company rules and regulations.13. Maintain necessary records.14. Assistant other maintenance crews.15. Move materials as necessary.16. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Other Responsibilities:1.
