Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate with contractors on site.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance for buildings and utilities.
• Perform routine maintenance, fault finding, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
• Operate CMMS Brightly for work orders and documentation.
• Ensure spare parts availability and communicate needs to management.
• Perform minor mechanical/electrical repairs on buildings and utilities.
• Coordinate departmental needs, assist with furniture installation as needed.
• Review processes and communicate improvements; report major breakdowns promptly.
• Provide technical support and be available for non-scheduled hours as needed.
