Job summary

Click Bond is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the facility and production support equipment. The role requires strong maintenance experience, CMMS usage, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include drafting work orders, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a mature, problem-solving approach with site personnel, vendors, and customers.
• Initiate and follow through with a plan of action with motivation, cooperation and urgency.
• Ability to use hand/power tools.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal situations as they arise.
• Communicate effectively and foster working relationships.
• Apply plumbing and carpentry skills to repairs.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems.
• Ability to perform basic math in all units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Use CMMS to complete assigned repair work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance and projects.
• Provide emergency, unscheduled repairs of facilities and production equipment.
• Create work orders and maintain calendar as needed.
• Perform facilities maintenance such as cleaning, window washing, and debris removal.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Repair shop equipment including lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and bandsaws.
• Collaborate with managers and other departments to improve processes.
• Record test results and document findings.
