Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance or healthcare facilities preferred.
• HVAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Follow maintenance schedules and report incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate with nursing services for routine tasks in resident living areas.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements and safety procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
• Replace burned-out lights and service HVAC units as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; store tools and supplies properly.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with safety training.
