Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum and strip and wax floors and/or carpet.
• Clean all hallways, stairs, restrooms, and office spaces.
• Empty trash.
• Provide minor building maintenance with basic power tools.
• Inspect and notify management about major repairs or safety issues.
• Advise supervisor on janitorial and supply needs.
• Perform outdoor maintenance; mow lawn, trim shrubs, and care for flowers.
• Set up furniture for meetings and events.
