Job summary

Strong multitasking and supervisory capabilities.
Willingness to work irregular or extended hours and be on-call during emergencies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily maintenance work and staff under the Director of Administration.
Maintain records in the facilities management system and review completed work for quality.
Provide hands-on technical guidance for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate on-site activities of contractors and service technicians.
