Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle daily operations in the engenharia/maintenance departments and keep buildings, interiors and equipment in proper condition.

This role requires hands-on skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance and timely repairs. On-call duties evenings and weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
• EPA Certifications and other licenses required by law (preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Knowledge of city/state building codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflows.
• On-call evenings and weekends may be required.
• Ability to perform the physical labor necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property including offices, production areas and equipment via preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to specification and safety standards.
• Schedule and coordinate in-house work and external vendors; manage work orders.
• Maintain inventory and authorize purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Support quarterly PM inspections and REAC preparation as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
