Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in maintenance or mechanical work under supervision or completion of a two-year technical school.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry and other facilities.
• Operate hand and portable power tools, shop equipment and testing instruments.
• Troubleshoot and address facility and equipment issues, supervise subordinates when directed.
• Work independently or with teams and coordinate with contractors.
• Occasional overtime and travel may be required.
