ManpowerGroup is seeking a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Tech IV in Irvine, CA to maintain and repair critical building infrastructure ensuring continuous production. The role covers HVAC, boilers, DI water systems, generators, plumbing, electrical work and CMMS documentation, with on-call rotations for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience or an Associate degree with 5+ years experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, pneumatics, compressors, generators, plumbing and three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience with DI water systems preferred.
• Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
• GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure and utility systems.
• Support HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, DI water systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document all work within a CMMS.
• Respond to facility issues and restore operations with minimal downtime.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and contractor coordination.
• Lead and mentor other maintenance team members.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support equipment lifecycle activities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for facility emergencies.
