Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Irvine, CA seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician IV to maintain industrial facility systems, including HVAC, boilers, DI water, and electrical equipment. You will lead maintenance efforts, coordinate with contractors, and mentor junior staff to minimize downtime and support manufacturing operations.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and proactive asset management in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with industrial facility systems and utilities.
• Knowledge of boilers, pneumatics, compressors, generators, plumbing, and three‑phase electrical systems.
• DI water systems experience preferred.
• Experience using CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure and utility systems.
• Support HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, DI water systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document all work within a CMMS.
• Respond to facility issues and restore operations with minimal downtime.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and contractor coordination.
• Lead and mentor other maintenance team members.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support equipment lifecycle activities.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for facility emergencies.

Pay Range: $38.75 - $53.27 plus annual bonus

We're seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician IV to support a highly regulated manufacturing facility in Irvine, CA. In this role, you'll maintain and repair critical building infrastructure that keeps production running smoothly, including HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, DI water systems, generators, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
