Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician IV in Irvine, California. This role involves maintaining and repairing the facilities infrastructure including HVAC, boilers, and electrical systems. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance and supporting manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of relevant experience or an Associate degree, with strong knowledge of pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical systems, and experience in GMP environments. Qualifications

• 6+ years working in facilities maintenance or Associate degree with 5+ years experience preferred.
• 4+ years working in a GMP environment preferred.
• Understanding of Pneumatics, Boilers, Electrical systems, and Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on building equipment.
• Assist in Capital Improvement Projects with contractors.
• Lead other Maintenance Associates and support their skill development.
