• 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience or an Associate degree with 5+ years experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, pneumatics, compressors, generators, plumbing and three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience with DI water systems preferred.
• Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
• GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure and utility systems.
• Support HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, DI water systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document all work within a CMMS.
• Respond to facility issues and restore operations with minimal downtime.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and contractor coordination.
• Lead and mentor other maintenance team members.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support equipment lifecycle activities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for facility emergencies.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Tech IV

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $38.75 - $53.27 plus annual bonus

We're seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician IV to support a highly regulated manufacturing facility in Irvine, CA. In this role, you'll maintain and repair critical building infrastructure that keeps production running smoothly, including HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, DI water systems, generators, plumbing, and electrical equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on facilities professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, minimizing downtime, and supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

What is the Job:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility infrastructure and utility systems.

• Support HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, DI water systems, plumbing, and electrical equipment.

• Experience with DI water systems preferred.

• Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications.

• GMP or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
