Job summary

Geisinger Marworth is seeking a General Maintenance III to help keep campus facilities running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will inspect electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to work requests and emergencies across multiple buildings.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of skilled labor experience and a valid driver’s license. On-call rotation is required, with hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of skilled labor experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to repair requests and alarms on building systems.
• Makes adjustments or repairs and notifies on-call tradesperson or supervisor.
• Provides first response to maintenance situations.
• Inspects air handling equipment, pumps and water systems in buildings.
• Inspects electrical, plumbing and air conditioning in public areas.
• Performs air filter cleaning, lubricates equipment, and completes paperwork.
• Completes daily activity summary and tracks time spent.
