Job summary

Geisinger Marworth Treatment Center in Pennsylvania seeks a General Maintenance I to keep our 136-acre campus safe, efficient, and well maintained. You’ll perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC basics, and assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.

Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with on-call rotation. You’ll work with the maintenance team to ensure reliable operation of all buildings and systems, delivering hands-on solutions and a positive, healing environment for patients

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance or skilled labor preferred.
• Ability to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC basics.

Responsibilities

• Repairs mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment and building components.
• Performs general carpentry for alterations and renovations.
• Installs drywall, flooring and ceiling systems.
• Maintains plumbing fixtures and piping; fixes sanitary drains.
• Operates snow removal equipment; maintains grounds.
• Ensures safety and reliability of building systems.
