Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Worker in Lowell, MA to maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment at our Lowell site. The role may require travel to other Spectrum facilities for similar duties.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership to ensure facilities are well maintained and supervising subcontracted labor. Availability for emergencies or off-hours is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time maintenance or custodial experience.
• General construction knowledge preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to use and operate basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in upkeep of the physical plant and grounds and all machinery at the Lowell site.
• May travel to other Spectrum facilities to perform similar duties.
• Coordinate with the Environment of Care and leadership to ensure facilities are well maintained.
• Direct or oversee subcontracted labor.
• Be available early morning, late nights or weekends for emergencies or urgent needs.
