Heritage Properties is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolios in Lowell, MA. The role focuses on keeping building systems—plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance—in peak condition and addressing repair requests promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances and other systems.
• Ability to complete all work orders within 24/48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Address repair requests and perform routine inspections to ensure upkeep and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of buildings and common areas.
• Respond to emergency maintenance repairs during on-call rotation and after hours.
