Job summary

Thrive Market is launching a new fulfillment center in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. The Facility Maintenance Technician will lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on all facility systems and equipment, including conveyors, doors, HVAC, and safety systems.

You will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, mentor Level 1 technicians, and support critical facility projects as the site goes live. A self-directed, safety-minded professional is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Able to read schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance diagnostics, PMs, and repairs of facility systems.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, safety systems, doors, pumps, and lighting.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and document maintenance records.
