Job summary

Thrive Market in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to support the launch and ongoing operations of our new fulfillment center. You will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on facility systems, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment, and mentor Level 1 technicians.

You’ll work outside regular hours as needed and help drive continuous improvement from day one, with competitive pay, benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights up to 40’ with ladders/mechanical lifts.
• Able to read schematics and maintenance documentation.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
• Capable of mentoring junior maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily conveyor diagnostics, PMs, and repairs.
• Conduct safety walks and facility inspections.
• Maintain HVAC, fire pumps, doors, and lighting.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and document maintenance records.
• Support facility improvements and projects.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical/automated systems.
• Ensure compliant safety procedures and PPE usage.
