Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, TX to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations. You will read diagrams, perform basic repairs, coordinate with outside contractors, and maintain accurate records.

The role includes driving to worksites and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in carpentry, welding, electrical, pipefitting, and related equipment operation.
• Ability to read diagrams and perform basic mathematical functions.
• Basic computer skills and proficient writing for record keeping and repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment and coordinate outside contractors when needed.
• Purchase supplies to support repairs and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and report findings to supervisors.
• Operate Agency vehicle to travel to various worksites.
