Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support the new Dallas–Fort Worth fulfillment center. You will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on facility systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and mentor Level 1 technicians to ensure a safe, reliable operation from day one.

The role requires advanced technical knowledge, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights up to 40 ft.
Ability to read schematics and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

Lead daily conveyor diagnostics, preventive maintenance (PMs), and repairs.
Conduct daily conveyor inspections and facility safety walks.
Perform preventative maintenance on dock doors, levelers, fire pumps, and emergency systems.
Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and HVAC systems.
Mentor Level 1 technicians and support facility projects.
