Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, generators, bay doors and painting.
• Repairs and maintains building systems including safety and security features.
• Monitors and calibrates control systems and electrical equipment.
• Responds to service requests and provides corrective action.
• Assists in supervising contractors and obtaining quotes.
