Job summary

Hurricanes Holdings, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled maintenance and advanced repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other physical structures with minimal supervision. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical systems following procedures, codes and safety protocols.

The role requires flexibility around event schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Candidate must have knowledge of basic mathematical skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow established dress and behavioral codes.
• Attend meetings and training classes to keep up to date on building policies and procedures as required.
• Participate in the facilities on call rotation.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment and tools.
