Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to join our client’s Facilities Maintenance team. You will support day-to-day building operations, perform preventative maintenance, record readings, and troubleshoot HVAC and electrical systems to keep the 500,000 sq ft facility running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on repairs, and a willingness to learn CMMS software. The position offers first shift with some night hours, onsite parking, and a path to full-time employment after

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction and hands-on maintenance experience.
• HVAC skills and electrical skills including troubleshooting of simple AC/DC circuits.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to repair as needed.
• Ability to perform physical labor (50+ lbs) in a facility environment.
• Basic understanding of CMMS and ability to learn basic computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures during facility maintenance tasks.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines and document building systems and equipment.
• Record readings and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair miscellaneous operational equipment, including basic HVAC and electrical circuits.
• Perform general handyman tasks like filter changes, light bulb changes, floor repairs, and maintaining building components.
